Following the announcement by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences of the feature films eligible for consideration in the Animated, Documentary Feature and International Feature categories for the 93rd Academy Awards, the shortlists for further consideration have also been announced. 93 films were submitted for the highly-watched International Feature Film category. Instead of 10 films, the shortlist has been expanded to 15 this year. Here is the shortlist:

Quo Vadis, Aida? (Bosnia and Herzegovina) – directed by Jasmila Žbanić

Nominations for the 93rd Academy Awards will be announced on Monday, 15 March and the 93rd Oscars will be held on Sunday, 25 April, televised live to more than 225 countries and territories worldwide.
