Two new things about First Takes : 1. Noticed the improved air-conditioning (see picture above)as mentioned on the Substation website. 2. Beng Kheng just joined Substation as the film programming manager and I think he is hosting his first First Takes tonight. Think he has natural eloquence just that he was slightly nervous. Commendably, the program is starting to take some form because there was a theme to the 3 films tonight and they all deal with memories (broad but still a theme nonetheless).
